I had the immense pleasure of knowing Lexi for years. She gave light and warmth to everyone she talked to. The world is less without her. She was my go-to buddy for things when we both worked in the call center. We could IM each other for questions about the other's department. She was always reliable and helpful. I changed jobs and then, Lexi did too! I finally got to have her in my every day world. I wish I had told her how special she was, that I loved her warmth and kindness. I regret not having gotten to know her better. Lexi, there's no replacing you. I miss you, sweetheart, so much.

Aww 🥰 this is like the sweetest post ever. I’ll share a recent story about when Lexi visited us in Miami. We went to Bayside MarketPlace and got on this boat ride called “Thriller”. It is a speed boat that takes you out into the ocean at 60mph to hit some waves and tour south Miami beaches. It was so much fun, Lexi and I had a great time. What is so funny and will put a smile on your face about this story is that about halfway into the boat ride we started to hit some serious waves, causing a lot of splashing. The captain warned us before we left the dock that the boat would pick up speed and to hold on, take off any hats, and if we had a wig or eyelashes on those would be gone by the end of the trip lol 😂 so we are out on the water enjoying the ride and next thing you know a big wave hits the side of the boat where Lexi is sitting, she is sitting closer to the water than me, so she got hit by the wave, not me. I look over and immediately started laughing because her face was soaked with water, her glasses had so much water on them she couldn’t see out of them, her makeup which she just got done at a stand before we got on the boat is dripping off her face, and all she says or cares about is, with this hilarious look on her face is…”why is it so salty????“, as she is smacking her lips, tasting the ocean in her mouth from what I guess was the first time lol 😂 I started laughing hysterically and tell her it’s because we are in the ocean and it is salt water lmaooooo lol 😂 we both got a chuckle out of that and she precedes to fix her hair, makeup, glasses, etc that’s drenched in water. We finished the ride, and had a great time. She enjoyed herself, I enjoyed her visiting from out of state, it had been a little while since we seen each other. I am so blessed to have had a sister like Alexis. 😇

I miss you. Yesterday was the worst by far. I’m trying…everyday.  I won’t give up.  I promise.

My sister was so happy to find out she was going to be an auntie! She was so excited and swore up and down it was going to be a boy!! She always said she wanted all boys, and every time I was pregnant it was going to be a boy! And now I have 4 boys!! Lexi We love you so much. I know you are in Heaven and at peace. You will forever be missed. I don’t know how I am going to go through life without you. My big sister!! This hurts so much!!! You were loved by so many people Lexi I pray you know that. I can’t wait to see you in Heaven and give you the longest hug ever!!! 

My deepest condolences to Lexi’s family. I worked with her at Camp Snoopy/Nick Universe several years ago and she was always kind and caring. She was fun to be around and her smile and laugh were always enjoyed (and contagious!)

Lexi, John, Theresa, and Isaiah were like the siblings I never had. ❤️❤️❤️ I cherish all of the fun memories we had growing up. Lexi’s eyes could light up any room! 

Lexi will be truly missed. It was an honor to be able to met with her outside of work and have good conversations with her and a couple other co-worker's. 

Her Securian friends, Latanya Harvey and Keshia Edwards.  We loved getting together for a night out and dinner!

Praying for the family.  Lexi will be missed.  I knew her, her whole life. Lexi loved her family and friends.  She was the cutest little girl and became an amazing young woman.  Lexi helped me look fantastic for my wedding. She also visited our church as an adult and took notes of the message.  She was beautiful, smart and kept working her job.  She is in a better place with no pain.
