Passed away suddenly on 7/5/16. Born June 8, 1976 as part of a unique trio of identical triplets, he is survived by brothers, Matthew (Risha) and Nicholas (Allison); parents, Susan Elkins and Greg (Marsha); siblings, Angela (Dan) Stumpf, Gena (Dave Lewandowski) Balsimo, Katlyn and Tony; grandmother, Lillian Hendel; beloved nieces and nephews, Jaide, Luci, DJ, Ava, Lila, Sedona, Ivy; Godmother, Lori Spiess; special friend, Roky Zellagui; and special 4 legged friend, Harley. He is preceded in death by grandfather, Johnnie Elkins; grandparents, Emil & Alvera; uncle, Jimmy Elkins. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Mon. 7/11/16 at Church of St. Peter, 2590 N. Margaret St., N. St. Paul. Visitation 2 hours prior. Memorials preferred to the Brain Injury Resource Group (BIRG) in Andy's name.
