

Caroline was born on January 9, 1940, in St. Paul, Minnesota. She shared 58 loving years of marriage with her husband, Frank Floyd Olson. Together, they built a life filled with love, companionship, family, and many cherished memories.
Caroline had a true love for cooking and enjoyed reading cookbooks and discovering new recipes. She appreciated good food and especially enjoyed going out to eat and sharing meals with the people she loved.
She also had a special love for animals and nature. Caroline found great joy in being outdoors and spending time on the water. Boating, fishing, and cruising by boat were among her favorite pastimes, bringing her many peaceful and happy days.
Caroline will be remembered for the things she loved most: her family and friends, animals, nature, good food, and the simple pleasures of life. She had a special place in her heart for her pets, who were beloved members of her family.
Caroline is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Frank Floyd Olson; her son, Erick Christian Olson; her lifelong friend, Marie Vomela; her beloved niece, Cheryl; and many other beloved nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her several cherished pets, who brought her great comfort, companionship, and joy.
She was predeceased by her sister, Janet, and her brothers, Duane and Dennis.
Caroline’s life was made richer by the people and animals she loved, the places she enjoyed, and the memories she created throughout her 86 years. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind—in family gatherings, favorite recipes, time spent outdoors, peaceful days on the water, and the unconditional love of the animals she cherished.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
