He was born on April 24, 1962 in St. Paul, MN to Donald and Elaine Wheeler. Chuck attended Harding High School and later built a career as a woodworker and truck driver.
Chuck spent his free time with his beloved dog, Willow. They loved going to lakes and being outdoors, looking for willow sticks to carve.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife Laurie Wheeler (Eishen).
Chuck is survived by sons CJ and Nick; three grandchildren, Elijah, Audrey, and Levi; and siblings David (Deb) and Diane.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Wulff Funeral Home at 11 am, with a visitation one hour prior.
