Passed away January 17, 2015. Charles is survived by his Wife, Judy (Matechen); Brother, Joe (Linda) White; Sister, Lee (Gary) Marshall; and Sister-in-Law, JoAnn Donley. He will be missed by his Wife, Family and Friends. Chuck won the MS Luminary Caregiver Award in 2014. Memorial Gathering Tuesday, Jan. 20, 5-7PM, scripture reading at 6:30PM, at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
