Charlotte Neuman

Born November 17, 1968, in Minneapolis, MN to Richard Neuman & Ramona (Schoen)Richardson.

Charlotte was a kind, hardworking woman. She carried herself with integrity and always kept her word. She was a loving daughter, mother and most of all grandmother. She was "DA BEST" grandma. The kind that gets on the floor to play and never missed an opportunity to say "I love you". She welcomed a stranger and treated her like her own daughter, spoiling her just as much as she spoiled her grandson. Charlotte had a big, open heart that had no limit. We already miss her very much.

She is survived by her son Anthony Grigsby, two sisters, Shiela (John) Myers, Teresa Neuman, daughter-in-law Cecilia Pelaez, grandson Alexander Pelaez, and Stepfather Kenneth Richardson, many cousins and two Aunts & one Uncle.

Preceded in death by her mother Ramona, all of her Grandparents, 7 Uncles, 6 Aunts & 4 Cousins.

A Funeral Service will be held at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul, MN 55106, US, on October 10, 2026, at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers please send a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Charlotte's behalf. This charity was very near and dear to her heart.
