Claire Ann Hix

She was preceded in death by parents, George and Emily (Kuehn) Michalski; and husband, Gary Lee Hix who passed on October 6, 2016.

Claire is survived by children, Deb, Gordy (Laurie), Jackie (Bob), Joe, Gary and Tom; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; companion Rick Hix; siblings Jim (Eileen) Michalski, Bev (Sam) Newkirk and Denise (Andrew Hernandez) Michalski; and many nieces and nephews.

Claire grew up on the Westside of St. Paul and attended Humboldt High School. She worked for many years at Red’s Savoy Pizza in downtown St. Paul. She loved life, her family, friends and customers.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
