She was born February 28, 1936, in Meridian, Mississippi to Issac Hubbard and Lena Malone. She moved to St. Paul, MN in the mid-1950s. In 1956, she married Glover David Goff, and they had three children.
She will be remembered as a caring, loving, and nurturing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She had a solid relationship with God and the Lord Jesus and was a strong spiritual leader.
Dorothy is survived by her three children, nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony honoring Dorothy will take place on Friday, 9/26/25 at 6pm at the Arnold P. Williams Community Center at 999 Selby Avenue, St. Paul MN.
