Eileen Marie Brown

Eileen was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She finished her RN certificate, moved to the Twin Cities and started her career as a Surgical Nurse, which she loved. She paused to have her family, then resumed nursing and hospital volunteering.

Eileen met George Brown in St. Paul in 1950 and married in 1951. George passed in 2009. Their children are Nancy (Jim), George Jeffrey (Kate), Barbara (deceased) and Marlene (Paul); Grandchildren Nick, Max, Sarah (John), Alex (Meredith), and Jessica; Great-Grandchildren Bennett, Will, Henry, Heath, Jaxon, Delaney and Jake (deceased). We will remember Eileen as a strong woman, proud of her family, proud to be a Canadian and a nurse. The family would like to thank the caring, wonderful people at Sunrise of Roseville and Health Partners Hospice.

Visitation will be Friday, 8/22/25 at 10:30am followed by a Memorial Mass at St. Pascal Baylon Church, 1757 Conway St., St. Paul, 55106. Burial at Calvary Cemetery, 775 Front Ave., St. Paul 55103.
