Dear Aunt Bev and family,
Uncle Jerry was a very fun and memorable part of my childhood.  He will be greatly missed by many.  Remembering his pranks and great sense of humor will keep him in our hearts forever.

Beve, Julie, Scott and family, Ross and family, Randy and family. We are grieving with you today and understand the tears you shed and the sadness you are feeling in your heart. We have both been there too. It is not an easy thing to lose a close loved one. We want you to know that all of you are in our deepest thoughts and prayers. Prayers that God would wrap His loving and compassionate and caring arms around you to comfort you and give you peace and rest in the days ahead. We wish we could be there with you, but please know in our hearts, we are there. What we all have to sustain us and get us through this difficlt time is the hope we have in eternal life because of what Jesus did for us on the cross. This is not our final home here on earth. We are just passing through. Heaven is for real. We would be more distrought if we believed that death was the end. You will miss his smile, his hugs, and his voice. Try to focus on the memories you have of him. It does get easier in time for those that believe in God, His Word, and His Heaven. In His Words it says "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His children, there is a home prepaired for you in heaven. If it were not so I would have told you and where I am there you will be also". This is the hope we have to cling on to by faith. To be in heaven where there is no more death, dementia, pain, tears, disease, and sickness sounds pretty amazing to all of us. Singing praises to our creator and Savior and living in a city where the streets are paved in pure gold and a river of Living Water flows through the middle of it for all eternity sound like a no brainer when you really think about it. Just sayin'. :) Our arms can not hold you in person right now but we are holding you close in our hearts. God's blessing on each and everyone of you. We love you dearly!
