Patrick Donovan Phelps

Patrick passed away peacefully on January 30, 2021. He was born May 28, 1958 in Devils Lake, North Dakota to the late Donovan and Donna (Johnston) Phelps. Pat graduated from Red River High School in 1976. Following high school he enlisted in the Army National Guard and served as a Specialist E-4 for 6 years before he was honorably discharged. Throughout life Pat was an avid reader and had a large collection of books from archeology to military history. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Mark Phelps. Pat is survived by his sisters Stacey (Kelly) Wanovich and Samantha (David) Koski; nieces: Nicole, Alacia, Meghan & Haley; nephew Benjamin and five great nieces and nephews. Private interment will be held at Rolla City Cemetery, Rolla, North Dakota. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
