Renee Michelle Nelson was born on July 29, 1965 in Moorhead, MN, the daughter of Orland and Carolyn (Forseth) Nelson. She attended Moorhead High School as part of the class of 1983, as well as cosmetology school in Saint Cloud, MN.
She was proud to work for Ellsworth Creamery Cooperative, as well as the VA taking care of her fiance, Tim's, parents, Vinnie and Phyllis.
Renee was a very kind hearted, caring, fun, loving individual who enjoyed cooking and baking, spending time with her family, and loved to spoil her pets Penny and Koda.
Renee will be deeply loved and mourned by her only child, Cody Nelson-Everson, her partner of 18 years, Tim Ashton, her Aunt Marlys (Ron), her brother Rick (Steph) Nelson, and other friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Orland and Carolyn, and her brother Randy.
Visitation will be held at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul, MN 55106, US, on September 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Wulff Funeral Home at 11:00 am on September 17, 2026.
