I also had the pleasure of working with Richard at Lillie Newspaper and when ever he came back to classified always had a joke and smile on his face for us-He will be truly missed and my prayers and sympathy to his family.

Steve, Wendy and Family,
Dick was such a neat guy. Whether it be at the community center or at our house for cards, Dick always had a smile on his face and a story to tell, especially about his grandchildren, he was so proud of them! Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Still trying to believe this sad event has taken place! Dick has provided such good memories for so many people. It is hard to think of a time when he wasn't telling a joke or thinking of something to make someone smile. He was surely someone who made the most of the life that God gave him, and he will be missed by so many!

I've enjoyed reading everything that has been posted about your father. He was clearly a friendly, well liked and generous man. The apple didn't fall far from the tree on that one. I'm sure his passing will leave a large hole in your life. My sincere sympathies to you and your family.

Alice and Family - I was truly sorry to hear of the passing of Dick. He was my boss at BN in the print shop. He was much more than a boss. He was my friend and like a father to me. He always made me laugh and always looked after me in good times and in bad. He was like a father to me. I think of him often and share many funny stories of him. I am the one who bough the Alice Ann. I left the name on the boat. He was one of the Great Guys in this world. He will be missed.
