Shirley is preceded in death by Daughter, JoAnn; Son, Frank III; Life Partner, Bob Smith. She is survived by Son, John; Brother, Stan (Verna Mae) Miller; Sister, Virginia Foote. She was a retired 25 year 3M employee. Shirley passed away at her home on Thursday, February 7, 2013. Visitation on Sunday, February 17, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Avenue, St. Paul. Service on Monday, February 18, at 11:00 AM at Wulff Funeral Home with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville.
