My condolences and prayers for Terry's family and friends.
I work at the State of Minnesota, in Administration, and frequently ran into Terry in the building.  He was always very friendly and positive.  He will be missed.

I work at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Terry and I would greet each other as I was going home and he was starting his shift. He was always good for a smile and friendly word; a nice way to end the day. I am retiring soon and I was thinking I would have to check in with Terry to say goodbye; now that opportunity has already passed.

I too work at MDH and was lucky enough to run into Terry from time to time.  When I did, he was fun to talk to, and as Francine said he always had a twinkle in his eye.  I am so sad that I won't get that opportunity again.  My condolences to his family and friends - please know he was appreciated here by many.

I worked at Minnesota Department if Health with Terry. He always had good stories, always made us all laugh, and gave me a hard time that I wasn't good enough for my wife (my wife Amy also works at Health and knew Terry).  Terry put a smile on my face, and he was always a good reminder of how kind, caring, and generous people can be. When seeing Terry and spending a few minutes with him, I always walked away happier and a better person. He will be remembered by many. 

Terry had a very pleasant demeanor. I would have brief conversations with him at work. He was quick with a smile and a boyish grin. I will miss his calming presence. 

I saw him at work here in the Freeman building all the time.  He always had a smile and twinkle in his eye.
To his family and friends - I'm so sorry for your loss.

Terry was kind and thoughtful. I worked with him years ago and he was always helpful and kind to me.  He did a lot for others. He enjoyed life too. He will be missed greatly. 

Every night that I stayed at work late, and Terry was working on our floor at OLF or standing outside, he always spoke to me and we laughed. If he walked by my cube, he would always stop to say hi and ask me how I was. It was always a delight to see him and have a quick conversation and laugh with him. I will miss him.

He will be missed his smile and happiness that he always brought to us almost everyday . Rest In Peace dear Terry 😢

He will be missed by his Siblings, Kathy (Vance), Bill (Cathy), and Ed (Carron); several Nieces and Nephews; and Special Friend, Lu Fritz.
