Vickie was preceded in death by her Husband, Roger Oberg; Daughter, Melissa Palmer; Parents, Hildie and Bob Evans; Sister, Lori Brown.
Vickie will be deeply missed by Daughter, Jeannette (Mark) Eibensteiner; Grandchildren, Garrett, Brittany, Bennett and Wyatt Ruzichka.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018 at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul, followed by service at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment at Union Cemetery.
