Preceded in death by his wife, Ione; step-son, James (Isobel); sisters, Lorraine, Bernice and Eunice; brothers, Wayne and Neil. He is survived by his step-son, Arthur (Linda) Jones; daughter, Joan (Dan) Nienaber; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Willard served in the Army during WWII and was a past Governor of Moose Lodge.
Visitation will be held from at 10am until time of Moose Lodge Ritual at 11:30am. Funeral service will follow at 12pm on Monday, February 20, 2023 at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul, a light luncheon will follow the service. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 12:45pm, meet at Assembly Area #6.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mooseheart.
