Passed away peacefully on May 11, 2015 cradled lovingly in her daughter's arms. She is preceded in death by mother, Evelyn Simons; sister, Ione; infant son, Timmy; husband, Richard O'Connor; husband, George Freeman. She is survived by sons, Mike (Cindy), Rich (Cindy) O'Connor; daughter, Julie (Mark) Kosmaiski; grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Michael, Dia, Jen, Richie, Casie, Markie and Callie; 7 great-grandchildren. Mom was a proud and beloved East-sider. Kind and compassionate, gracious and unconditionally loved her family. She adored her grandchildren and was "Grandma Billie" to all who knew her. Always a champion of the underdog. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Thursday 5/14/15 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, 6133 15th St. N., Oakdale. Visitation 9:30AM until the time of mass. Private interment Resurrection Cemetery.
