Passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 and was rejoined with his Wife, Joan. Bill was a very proud Marine Corps Veteran. He was preceded in death by his Beloved Wife, Joan and Great-Grandchildren, Deegan and Vaida. Bill is survived by his Children, Debbie (Brian) Ness, Bill (Dawn) Grass, Karen (Bob) Lee, and Jim Grass; Twelve Grandchildren; and Sixteen Great-Grandchildren. Memorial Service will be Monday, April 3 at 10 AM with Visitation one hour prior at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul. Inurnment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
