

She was born in Antelope, Texas.
She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a friend to all whose lives she touched. She owned and managed several businesses in her lifetime, but always made time for family and friends.
Rosie was an active member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Brandenburg, KY and served may years on the Bishop’s Committee. She was an avid reader and devoured James Patterson’s novels as fast as they were released. She enjoyed knitting, crochet, needlepoint, embroidery and sewing.
She is survived by two daughters, Anna Chenault and husband, Tom, and Sandra Machamer; two sons, Edward Basham and wife, Rose, and Ronald Basham; and four grandchildren, Paul Chenault, Richard Machamer, Rebecca DuPuy, and Julia Lavin; and seven great-grandchildren, Adam, Zayd, Layla, Heidi, James, Desmond and Delaney. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and grand-daughter, Heather Abdel-Rahman.
Please join us to celebrate her life on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, Hardy Chapel at 2:00 pm, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Inurnment will follow in Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
