With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and cherished family member, Aida Josefina Navedo, who passed away on October 11, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.
She was a devoted Catholic whose faith was a guiding force throughout her life. Through her service as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Patrick’s Church, she shared her faith and dedication to her Church community. She was also a loving and devoted wife to her husband, an Army war veteran who honorably served his country in two wars. During his service, she lovingly cared for and raised their children, providing them with unwavering love, strength, and support. Her steadfast love, commitment, and devotion reflected the strength of her character and the depth of her dedication to her family. She also delighted in cooking delicious Latin meals for special occasions, bringing family and friends together around the table and creating cherished memories filled with warmth, love, and laughter.
She leaves behind a lifetime of memories, love, and moments that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Though she will be deeply missed, her love, faith, and legacy will continue through her family for generations to come. As she rests in the loving embrace of the Lord, we find comfort in believing that she is watching over her family from heaven, forever guiding them with the same love and devotion she shared throughout her life.
May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with God, and may her loving spirit shine down upon all those she leaves behind.
