Ana Luz Fernandez

Born on November 24, 1938, in Morovis, Puerto Rico, Ana lived a life defined by faith, service, and devotion to her family. She was deeply involved in church volunteer work and community functions, always giving of her time and compassion to others.

Family was the center of Ana’s life. She is survived by her children, Juan F. Vega, Nayra F. Lopez, Jeffrey Fernandez, Beverly Fernandez, and Anita F. Hannon, and their families, who will forever cherish her memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held on February 20, 2026, at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on February 20, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Gonzalez Funeral Home, located at 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614, US.

Memorial Services will follow on the same day, February 20, 2026, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the same location.

Ana Fernandez falleció en paz el 10 de febrero de 2026, en Tampa General Hospital, a la edad de 87 años.

Nacida el 24 de noviembre de 1938 en Morovis, Puerto Rico, Ana vivió una vida definida por la fe, el servicio y la devoción a su familia. Participó activamente como voluntaria en su iglesia y en diversas actividades comunitarias, entregando siempre su tiempo, compasión y apoyo a los demás.

La familia fue el centro de la vida de Ana. Le sobreviven sus hijos Juan F. Vega, Nayra F. Lopez, Jeffrey Fernandez, Beverly Fernandez y Anita F. Hannon, junto a sus familias, quienes siempre atesorarán su memoria y el amor que les brindó.

Se celebrará una Celebración de Vida el 20 de febrero de 2026, en Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614.
