As month goes by, we are getting close to the one year mark. Miss you, hope your resting in peace and smiling down at us from heaven above. Lots has happen for one year, my younger brother marry and then he lost his wife. Angie, she has a baby, Me I was pregnant but then I lost my fetus but overall I'm doing wonderful. Miriam she is working and going to school, Pablo he is working over time and Dianna, she will graduate with an AAA next year and mom, she hopefully getting use to not having you around (have to say it is hard to do). Today I just wanted to tell you that Angel & Jessica got married! Miss you so much. I swear I just wish I could call you or see you again. Love you Daddy, talk to you soon.

Days,weeks, months & years will pass us by but you will never be forgotten. I love you & miss you so much daddy. It's hard to stand strong without you here, but as your daughter I will always try my best & will keep striving to make you proud of me.

He was a very helpful person to me and my father. It was like almost everyday in the summer, him and my father would always go to the factory and work lol. but most of all, he gave me so much advice about life. He will be missed.

Can't believe that soon it will be a month from the last time I saw you, kissed you, hugged you, and said "Good Morning Daddy, how are you? oh ok, I have to go dad, I'll see you later." If I would had known that day was your last day, I would had called out sick just to be with you one last time. 

I am sure you know mom misses you terrible, she cries and so does the rest of us in our time, in our own room. How I wish I could turn back time to take one last picture with you, to go to one more vacation with you or just sit and watch some tv or even play some dominos.

How I wish I could play some music and have my kitty dance for you to see you smile or just take you to the bank or somewhere just to spend some time with you.

I am so glad to have live these two recent years so close to you, and to have had that morning to see you even if it was for a short while, I miss you... 
but that is just me being selfish because I know today you can walk perfectly, you can see clearly, you can hear me and above it all you can eat all you want.

Angel Soto Sr. wasn't a part of my life for a very long time but just enough to make his way into my heart. Not only was he a sweet man but a very interesting one at that. I loved listening to his stories and watching him and my daughter share a banana and how the first time she ever met him she was automically drawn to him and called him "Abuelo". I must say I loved him dearly seeing as how he's easy to love. I wish I got to tell him thank you for brining such a wonderful man to this world. And doing such a good job as a father. It truly reflects in his son and I couldn't ask for a better man. Thank you! The day you passed touched me deeply it was like losing my own father. I wish I could have had you more in my life. But I will promise you this that I will cherish your son for the rest of my life and love him how you loved your wife and we all know that way immensely. It saddends me to think that the day of our marriage you wont be there to take part, but I know you will be there in our hearts and in spirit. At least we can have comfort in our hearts knowing that you are with the Lord and that now it's up to you and him to go at for the pegao since you had to fight over it with Angel Jr. I love you and will miss you very very much!

I honestly dont know why i torture myself. I know your in a better place, yet I ask everyday for you to tell me your ok. I look at your picture or hear your song and feel sad that I never got the chance to talk you before you past. I always ask myself what I would do if I could talk to you or see you before that day you past. Would I warn you and take you to hospital earlier(would that even help??) or would I simply give you the confidence to tell you that i will take of mom and everything else. Would I ask you how I am doing as Dad, Husband and Son or simply stand with you and relax. Dad I wish i could have told you how much you really meant to me. I know I was not around as much as an adult but in my own way i wanted to show you that I could do things with you and mom. I never got the chance to tell you Thank you for everything you have done for me. And even in death Dad you give me strength and focus to do what I have to do. I promise you that I will take care of Mom like you asked such a long time ago. I bear your Full name so I bear the responsibilities of what that means Dad. I Love you Dad, Wish I had one last chance to say it in person.

it doesn't matter how much we write down that we love you dad or tell you how much we miss you, or tell the all the stories that we remember about you. words aren't enough to express how we all feel about you. please know and remember that we all love you as much as you loved us all. we know that you always wanted us to have the best things in life that you and mom could offer us. we thank you and appreciate you for the memories you left behind, the love that we still want and wish to receive back from you always and how kind heart and sweet you were. in all dad you were and will always be the best thing and person who we had the chance to have in our lives. you are the best no matter what. we all wish we could still hear your voice, your laughter, and still be able to hold you again, but now we have to each wait our turn to see you again. we love you so much, its hard to still think that this is real. it's like being in a nightmare wondering when will I wake up to laugh this pain away and just being happy in your arms again.

This candle is for you my father that I loved so much. No matter what I say I feel like the words that I want to say will never be enough to reach you. All I can say is that I love you yesterday, today and forever until my heart stop beating. You will alway be with me no matter where I go because you are the person that I called daddy. So forever in my heart I will carry you with me and give it to my children so they too will carry you in there heart. For you will alway be immortal in my eyes.

What can I say about my father, my father was a man that loved his family very much. He alway wanted to make sure we had the best in life. But he did not realize because of him. We are all strong individual by heart and soul. I'm bless to have had him in my life. I hope when its my turn to leave this earth that he will be waiting for me with open arms.

I know you are in heaven but selfish me want to go to Disney with mom, Dianna, Angie, Sindel and you again....Miss you Papi....
and Lourdes not sure if you will get a chance to read my message but wow your kids are so grown can't believe that so many years have past. I am not sure if you remember but my son the one I had when I was very young today he is 22 years old and wow your little girl she is now a grown woman. Grandpa is a very funny and hilarious guy. He loves to eat cheese. He is a powerful strong guy. He is loving, caring, kind, smart and sometimes clumsy. I love grandpa very much. He had plenty of stories to tell. He could have tell the stories to his grandchildren cause I know I would like to hear it. Maybe play some dominos together. Maybe sometimes keeps his thoughts to himself. Hope to see you again (in heaven). He was rich in love. I guess grandpa likes running. I want to run with grandma and grandpa. :)

I dont know much about Angel Soto Sr. But i definitely know that he was a good man with a great heart that loved his wife n kids n the rest of his family. R.I.P. Angel Soto Sr. that youre at a better place now.. GOD BLESS.

My father was a man who taught his children to fight and never give up for what they want. My dad may not have had everything a rich man has but he was rich on life. God needed a great man to talk too and he took my dad. Have fun up there dad, if we are lucky we will see you soon. I remember the stories told by my father on how he met my mother. When he told that story it showed how much he truly loved my mom and how much he will miss her if something was to happen to her. 
It was many; many years ago my dad went to drop off a friend at an apartment building. As he waited for his friend to return to the car, he looked up to find a woman in curling rods looking out the window on the second floor. He said it was love at first sight. He never in his life had witness such a beautiful site. When his friend finally returned to the car he said to him â€œdo you see that beautiful woman right there? I'm gonna marry her someday.â€ To me it felt like he was reciting the lyrics to the song lady in red in Spanish. Haha but at the same time I knew that he was speaking from the heart every time he told the story of how he met my mom.

Daddy was a great man who lived a simple life. He was born in Luquillo, Puerto Rico on October 1st 1941 to Modesto Soto and Manuela Sanchez. I think we all can remember the great adventures or stories that daddy told us as we got older; from fighting former co-workers to many near death experiences, he always showed us how strong he was. Though half the time I would cry at the thought of something happening to him I was always grateful to have him around. 
I remember the days when daddy walked me to school or the days he drove us to school in his brown olds mobile. The times he did drive us to school he would always play that one bachata tape or that other merengue tape. He had so many other tapes but those were his 2 favorites to play. I also remember the days that daddy would race with me up the ramp to get to school. 
Daddy was always singing, dancing, listening to the radio or watching novelas with mommy. My father will always be my daddy just like I will always be his little baby princess. I will always remember the day I came home from school & mommy told me that daddy is so funny. I replied â€œok what happened?â€ She tells me that at the social security office they were sitting next to an elderly couple, they tell daddy that they are living in Florida to be in their grandchildren's life. Then daddy said â€œoh really, well I'm here because of my little baby daughter. Mommy at this point is laughing pretty hard in her mind trying not to ruin the conversation because of the couple's facial expression. They seemed pretty shocked at that fact and asked â€œoh so how old is she?â€ Daddy replies â€œoh she's 17.â€ Mommy at this point just wants to drop to the floor with laughter because daddy pretty much had them suckered because the couple assumed I was less then 10 years old. 
He was a family man, a loving husband and always a great friend to everyone who got the chance to really know him. Daddy was a sweetheart and mommy was always the apple of his eye. You knew that mom and dad truly loved each other. They had been married for almost 40 years now, and they always been together seeing things through and keeping true to their marriage vows. This in turn, always gave me hope that there are still true gentlemen out in the world who will love you, respect you, and always be faithful to you. Daddy I'm so happy & grateful that you are my father. I have so many wonderful memories of you always being there for me, wanting to protect me from anything bad, and being yourself; a faithful, silly, fun loving man who will always be loved and remembered by all who knew him.
