63, of Tampa passed away on Sunday, April 1st. She graduated from Robinson High School in 1973. She worked for the Hillsborough County school district for 30 years. Annie never met a stranger and had a love for NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt Jr. She and her sisters and friends enjoyed playing the slots at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. She was preceded in death by her parents, William A. and Doris Vickers, and her brother, Keith M Vickers. She is survived by her husband, Don Minter; children, Donnie Jr and Stephanie (Jason) Moad; grandchildren, Caylee and Cordelia; siblings: Donna (Keith) Coffman, Bill (Vickey) Vickers; sisters-in-law: Mary Michel, Susan Bottiger, Betty Harris, and Brenda Harrison; 16 nieces and nephews; her best friends, Ellen Walters and Sharon Horne; and many close friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 6th from 6-8pm with a funeral service on Saturday, April 7th at 10am at Blount & Curry, 605 S. MacDill Ave. Burial will follow the service at Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
