Arnold Robert Korshin

Bob Korshin was born in Hempstead New York to Elma Hicks and Leo Korshin on July 24th, 1941. He grew up in several towns on Long Island New York. He married Elaine Olson on January 12th in New York. He graduated from Dowling College Oakdale New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He moved to Orlando, FL in 1978 and then Tampa, FL in 1999. He worked as a Primary Market Administrator for Newspapers eventually evolving to a Software Support Specialist for companies that produced software for Newspapers and retired in 2019. He was a veteran and served in the Army. He was involved in watching Tampa Bay Lightning hockey games, fishing, DIY projects, wood working clubs, homeowners’ associations serving various roles including Director, Resident Ambassador at his ALF, Played Softball, Golf and Tennis.

Bob Korshin is preceded in death by Elaine M. (Olson) Korshin.

Bob Korshin is survived by Son Edward Leo Korshin, Daughter Sandra Ruth Korshin, Grandson Zachary Tempesta, and beloved dog Bridgette Korshin.

A visitation for Arnold will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Blount and Curry Funeral Home Oldsmar West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 SILVERMILL DR, TAMPA, FL 33635, with a funeral service held at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at the Florida National Cemetery,

Bushnell, FL on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM with honors.
