

The son of John and Betty Gray. He graduated from H.B. Plant high school in 2019, where he lettered on the cross country team.
Baron was a member of the Order of the Arrow, Honor Society of Boy Scouts of America. He started his scouting journey in Cub Scout Pack 56 on Macdill Air Force Base, where he earned the Arrow of Light award. He crossed over to Troop 56 and later transferred to Troop 53, where he earned his Eagle rank. His Eagle project was to create a Nature Trail and install bat houses at the American Legion Post 138 in Port Tampa, FL. Baron won the Eagle Project of the Year for the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council in 2019. His trail is still used today by Post members and several local Scout groups.
Baron attended and was a member of Palma Ceia Methodist Church. He was active in the youth group during his middle and high school years. He went on mission trips to Copperhill, TN, Costa Rica, and Haiti to help spread God's love to those less fortunate. He also served as an Acolyte in the Traditional Service. He volunteered for multiple Vacation Bible School, Engage/I Matter (special needs ministry), and Rise Against Hunger events.
Baron enjoyed hanging out with his friends on Davis Island and camping at Gennie Springs. He enjoyed snorkeling in the Dominican Republic and Grand Cayman. He enjoyed ATV riding in Roatan and cave rafting in Belize. He loved cruising with his family, where he would eat 2 entrees and 2 desserts at dinner, and see if he could beat the elevator by climbing the stairs.
Baron loved cars, the more exotic the better. He could name any car he saw and often times give you technical details about them. He also enjoyed building Lego sports cars and had just completed a Lego Mustang in January. He was employed by Take 5 Oil Change at time of his passing.
Baron carried a smile and found the humor in all of Life's moments. His kind and compassionate nature began from an early age and led to a life of spreading smiles and laughter wherever he went.
Baron is survived by his parents, John and Betty Gray of Tampa, his older sister, Brittney of Orlando and his younger brother Stefano of Tampa. He also leaves behind his uncle and aunt, Bobby and Debbie Gray of Panama City, FL, and his uncle Bill Molony of Jersey Village, TX, along with several cousins.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 2:00pm at Palma Ceia Methodist Church, 3723 W. Bay to Bay Blvd. Tampa, FL, 33629, with a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall. Flowers are welcome.
