A visitation for Bay will be held Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 US-301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
