Blanche Webb Ingram

Blanche was born in Williamson West Virginia on January 15, 1929. She graduated from Plant High School in Tampa and attended Oklahoma State University for a short while.

She was married to Victor Calvin Ingram in 1946. Victor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting. He had a career in finance as Vice-President and controller of a large wholesale distribution company before starting his own business with Blanche, Florida Industrial Products, in 1984.

Blanche and Victor were founders of Westshore Christian Church which later became New Beginnings Christian Church. When Victor passed away in 1998 Blanche remained a passionate supporter of the church. She was in attendance Sunday February 8th 2026 and was hospitalized later that day. Blanche remained hospitalized until she passed fifteen days later.

Mawmaw loved and was loved by All who knew her. She will forever be in our hearts until that glorious day we are together again.

Blanche is survived by her children Vicky Kincaid, Marie Mc Knight, and David Ingram (Renee). Her daughter Edith is waiting for her at the gate. Grandchildren Kimberly Beasley (Kirk), Kelley Garthwait (Stan), Rex Riggins (Sarah), Jack Ingram (Katherine), Shelley Cruz (Manny), David Kincaid, Jason Kincaid, Kristofer Kincaid and Karen Ray (Randy). Great Grandchildren Kristian Beasley (Lilly), Kelsey Almand (Andrew), Kenneth Garthwait, Summer Garthwait, Jacob Riggins, Gabriel Riggins, Sam Riggins, Ian Riggins, Emery Ingram, Calvin Ingram, Estelle Cruz, Ellis Oswald (Tyler), Elizabeth Ray, Rebecca Ray, Riley Ray. Great, great grandchildren Elisha Beasley, Levi Beasley, Ellie Almand, Charlotte Almand and Jane Almand. The youngest of seven children, Blanche was pre-deceased by her two brothers and four sisters.

Funeral arrangements will be held Saturday, March 7th. Visitation 12:00pm, Service 1:00pm at New Beginnings Christian Church, 4100 S Manhattan Ave, Tampa FL.

Graveside will be held the same day 3:00pm at Garden of Memories, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa FL.
