Carmelo Testa-Secca 86,a native of Tampa, FL, passed away on June 14, 2013. Carmelo retired from Metropolitaian Life Insurance Company after many years of service. He was predeceased by his parents Amedeo and Fannie Testa- Secca. He is survived by his wife Mona; son Marcus; daughters, Mona Linda Baker and Kimberly Perritti (Charlie); granddaughter Angela Baker; and brother Joe Testa-Secca (Rosalie). Services will be held on Wed. June 19 from 4pm to 6pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Curch of Tampa.
