Chester Robert "Bobby" Dillard Jr., age 66, of Tampa, Florida passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Tampa General Hospital, where he was employed as a Security Guard. He was previously a Police Officer and served his community for many years, both in Law Enforcement and in the United States Coast Guard.
Bobby was born in Norfolk, Virginia. He loved wrestling and was proud of his time spent refereeing young wrestlers. If professional wrestling was on the TV, you could count on him watching it. Bobby rarely missed out on watching and cheering on his favorite team, the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Bobby is survived by his loving daughter, Brittany Wilder, of Virginia Beach. He will also be dearly missed by his mother, Alice Barton, of Tampa, Florida. His sense of humor and wit will be remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him.
