Choi Thi Huynh, 67, passed away on August 1, 2022 in Tampa, FL. Born in Ap 8 Xa An Truong Tinh Tra Vinh, Vietnam, Choi moved to the US in April of 1990. She was a retired nail technician and was a member of St Joseph Vietnamese Parish. She is survived by her husband, Phuong Tan Nguyen; sons Phong Tan Nguyen, Khanh Tan Nguyen, and Dat Tan Nguyen; daughter Phuong Nhien Thi Nguyen, brother Muoi Hai Huynh, grandson Alphonse Nguyen and nieces and nephews far and near.
A visitation for Choi will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St Joseph Vietnamese Catholic Church, 5601 Hanley Rd, Tampa, FL 33634.
