She is survived by her loving nieces and nephew including Karen Garcia Patterson, Valarie Garcia Cappello, and E. Louis Garcia Jr. (Gina) and their children and grandchildren, whom she adored. She also leaves behind Charlie’s daughter, Cheryl Lodato and her children and grandchildren . Dahlia's loving goddaughter, Rhonda Villamia, and her best friend of more than 80 years, Helen Ramirez, will deeply miss her. She worked as an executive secretary at TECO for 38 years and was known for her kindness, sharp wit, and determination.
