Dorothy Machado Flint

Dorothy, worked for most of her career at Sun State Sportswear in Tampa as an Assistant Cutting Room Supervisor, and then worked at Uniform City as a Customer Service Representative.

Dorothy was predeceased in death by her parents Patricio and Mary Machado and her husband Gerald Dean Flint. Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Shirley Suarez (Bruce), Roxanne Wheeler (Edward), and son Gary Dean Flint; grandsons Chad Suarez (Joy), Colby Suarez, and Troy Wheeler; great grandsons Mason and Maddox Suarez; siblings Patricia Swain and Dennis Machado (Daisy); nephews Dennis Machado (Stephanie), Michael Lowe (Heidi); nieces Katrina Aguirre (David), Stephanie Sims (Randi), and Melanie Machado (Heidi).

A memorial gathering and service will be held on November 22, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Gonzalez Funeral Home, located at 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614, United States.

Following the service, a reception will take place from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the same location.
