Eduardo B. Aranda, 93, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025, in Tampa, Florida, surrounded by family.
Born on October 13, 1932, in Cuernavaca, Mexico, Eduardo immigrated to Los Angeles, CA in his 20s. Eduardo was a hardworking man who built a life through dedication and perseverance. He worked tirelessly before establishing his own business in interior design and window treatments, from which he proudly retired.
A man of vitality and passion, Eduardo loved staying fit and was an avid basketball and racquetball player. He was a devoted sports fan who enjoyed watching Baseball & Basketball, and cheering on his beloved Boston Celtics. His heart, however, always remained close to his roots—nothing brought him more joy than rooting for the Mexican national soccer team.
Eduardo was a dedicated family man and a loving father, brother, grandfather, Tio and great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather. He was the eldest of five siblings and is survived by his brother, Jesus (Chucho) Aranda.
He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Romelia Aranda; his daughter, Rosalia Aranda, and her three daughters, Uzmanny, Nayelia, and Adriana, and their children; his son, Victor Aranda, and wife Mary-Kathryn Aranda, along with their three children, Vivianna, Lucia and Gabriel; and his daughter-in-law, Flor Aranda, widow of his late son Eduardo Aranda, and their two children, Ana Flor and Eduardo, and great-grandchildren.
Eduardo's warmth, strength, and love for his family will be deeply missed. May he rest in peace.
