Elsie was born in Santa Isabel, PR to Florencio and Maria Perez on June 7th 1949. Elsie was a beautiful and caring woman who loved her family dearly.
Elsie is survived by her two son’s Luis Figueroa and Michael Colon. Their spouses Venelyn Figueroa and Yari Colon. Grandchildren Christopher Biscardi, Jeremey Figueroa, Justin Figueroa, Adrian Colon, Xavier and Sofia Borges. Their Spouses; Amber Biscardi, Selena Figueroa and Cesia Perez. Great Grandchildren Isabella Figueroa, Elliana Figueroa, Nova Figueroa, Stella and Valentina Biscardi. Siblings Alicia Acosta and Junior Perez.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon on November 11th, 2026 at Gonzalez Funeral Home located 7209 N Dale Mabry Hwy – Tampa, FL 33614
