CARDONA, Eric, 28, of Springhill entered into rest October 7, 2010. Born in Bronx, N.Y. he moved to Springhill in 1994. He was of Protestant faith and loved music. Eric will be remembered by all for telling jokes and making people laugh. He is survived by his wife, Olympia Cardona; mother, Leticia Rodriguez and husband Bobby; father, Jorge Cardona; two brothers Michael and Kenny Cardona; two step-brothers, Thomas and Jonathan Cardona; step-sister, Nykky Sanzone; brother-in-law, Dax Gomes; maternal grandmother, Norma Sanchez; nieces and nephews, Daj’on, Joesya, Olivia and Leilona Cardona; maternal aunts, Sarai Nieves and husband Alan, Ivette Torres and husband Achmec; paternal aunts and uncle, Isreal, Milly and Kike; and numerous cousins and loving friends. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Citylife Church. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the church.
