Born in Bremerhaven, Germany, she is predeceased by her parents Erich and Anna Amalie (Scherer) Stoeckelmaier and by her late husband, Edward Patrick Huligan. Erika is survived by her two sons, Erin Patrick Huligan and Eric Robert Huligan.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, July 22, 2016, 7pm-8:30pm at Gonzalez Funeral Home with a prayer service beginning at 7:30pm. Condolences may be shared with the family by visiting www.Gonzalezfuneral.com.
