

67, of Tampa, FL, passed away Sunday, December 28th. Born in the Philippines, she moved here in 1967. She practiced Buddhism for over 40 years. She worked as a hair stylist for over 30 years. She was a bowling champion and a martial artist. She liked and was an excellent cook. She was a supportive and strong mother and grandmother and loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claudio and Teofila Lacquio; her little sister, Jocelyn; her older brother, Angelito. She is survived by her husband, Rodolfo Garcia; her daughter, Jennifer “Tuesday” Lee-Gray; her son, Steven Bush; grandchildren: Stephen Lee Jr., Erin Gray, Bastian Lee, Bree Gray, Joey Gray, Yazmyhn Gray, Janillie Alvarado-Bush, and Roujyn Bush; brothers, Wilfredo Mahilom, Arturo Laquio, Romeo Lacquio, Claudio Sr. Laquio, Rolando Laquio; sisters, Virginia Bouthillette, and Esterlita Leach; nephews, Lionel Farley, Joseph Leach, and John Leach; niece, Crystal Farley; and all of her family back home in the Philippines. There will be a visitation on Friday, January 2nd, 2015 from 5-9pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL.
