On May 12, 2016, heaven gained another angel as she was called home. Born to Eleuterio Rodriguez and Juana Arce in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico on March 31, 1933. She is forever loved and remembered by her husband of 48 years, Florentino Ortiz and three sons, Angel Soto (Chicago, IL), Ramon Soto (Chicago, IL) and Jose Ortiz (New Port Richey, FL). Along with her daughter-in-law Tashika Ortiz and grandchildren Antonio Ortiz, Maria Soto and Ramon Soto Jr.
Eugenia was very caring and deeply devoted to her family. Highly spiritual and God fearing woman. She enjoyed time with her friends, gardening, dancing and most enjoyed caring for others.
A wife, a mother, a grandmother….A daughter, a sister, an aunt and a friend, too. This is her legacy she leaves.
