My Aunt Evelyn, ( Aunt Midge to me), was always so sweet and loving to Jimmy, my brother, me and all of our family. We’ll miss her so much, but know that heaven has one more angel from our family. Love you so much Aunt Midge!!

Evelyn was a wonderful sister and I loved her very much, I am told that she took care of me many times while Mama worked in the fields on the farm where we grew up, I loved her when I was a baby and I loved her all my life. I was her "Baby Sister" for sure. I am the tenth child and she was the third of the ten children of our family. She was a beautiful person, inside and out, and was loved by her nine surviving sisters and one brother. There must be a grand reunion in Heaven as her arrival in Heaven takes place with her eight sisters and Mama and Daddy who are already there. (Only my one brother and I are left behind.) Dear Jesus, bless Evelyn, and give her a big hug, and give Mama and Daddy a hug for us, too.

'Strength and honor are her clothing; She shall rejoice in time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, And on her tongue is the law of kindness.' Proverbs 31:25-26. Grandma Ferguson is someone I looked up to very much. She was such a wise woman, had many experiences in life. No matter what we talked about, she knew something about it. I loved her very much and I always loved when she would tell me I looked liked my Grandpa K.C.. She lived many wonderful long years. I learned much from her. Truly the generations before us, are the ones who show us how a person lives in Christ Jesus. Grandma Ferguson was one of those people. Her gentle-kindness is what I remember the most. I love her very much. Now she is at home with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we will join her again one day.
