THIEL, Georgiann, 79, of Tampa passed away on October 11, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Ralph, in 2014. Survivors include her children, Cindi Hacker (David) of Jacksonville, Jeffrey Thiel (Jenny) of Odessa; grandchildren, Justin Hacker and Laura Hacker, both of Jacksonville, Alex Thiel (Katie) of Lutz and James Thiel (Cheryl) of Seminole; great grandchildren, Emma, Jacob and Madison; brother-in-law, Romey Thiel of Wisconsin; niece, Dottie Lieson of Wisconsin; and her furry companion, Gracie. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Georgiann had been a Tampa Bay resident since 1986. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 21st at the Blount & Curry, Oldsmar/West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr., Tampa.
