First time I met Nina was during standby at HART, we were both working our day off. I didn’t know her at all but in a short while we both found a common ground of conversation turns out she missed NJ just as much as I missed NYC. That very same day shortly after meeting her for the first time she was sharing her lunch with me, after getting to know her I would call her Ninita out of endearment.
 She was always very happy kept a positive outlook and a smile on her face every time, very giving, and devoted to her family. She will always be in my memory and missed by us all

My prayers go out to my cousin Joel ...and all of their children, family and loved ones..she was a beautiful person although we were far in distance I only hold fond memories.. May She Rest In Peace...

Its so sad that you had to leave us so soon, but God must of had his reasons. I am glad I was able to spend time with you for my wedding, and glad that you were able to met and spend time with my daughter.

You are in a better place, and can look down on all of us. Right now there is just so much pain, but with time and with all the great memories I have of you the pain will heal.

Para mi es difícil expresar con palabras mis sentimientos, siempre ha sido así…
Hoy más que nunca no alcanzo a articular las palabras para expresar lo que siento por tu inesperada partida.   Querida Viole, lo que quiero decir y no puedo tú lo sabes… mi alma entiende  “dad gracias en todo tiempo…” dice la palabra de Dios.  Solo que mi mente se niega a perderte,  a no escucharte, a no verte mas...

I was blessed to have met such a wonderful woman through the friendship of our sons.  Hilda had such a beautiful smile...but what I admired most about her is her dedication as a mother. She made it clear by her actions and words that she wants her kids to have a good life.

Joel, I know how much my Ricky cares for you and how much he appreciated your mom & family....I care for you too & like your mother, I hope for a successful life for you. The entire family is in my prayers.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, courage to change the things i can, and the wisdom to know the difference!!! es muy facil pedir a dios cosas que muy en el fondo sabemos que por mas que intentemos no vamos a lograr, le pedi fuerzas para aceptar que ya no estas y no lo consigo.
Desde que te conoci me trataste como si yo fuese glori o mario o cualquiera de tus sobrinos, me demostraste confianza, sinceridad y sobre todo amor.
Te confiezo que siento rabia conmigo misma porque ahora siento el dolor de perderte. siempre eh sido una persona que no expresa sus sentimientos y todas las veces que me dijiste te quiero mucho, yo te respondi "tambien", pero mi dolor es, que las palabras te quiero nunca salieron de mis labios.

Aunque nunca fui capaz de decirtelo, tu en mi vida no fuiste simplemente la tia de mi esposo, no, tu fuiste mi tia, fuiste una amiga. Siempre te andabas preocupando por todos: tu madre, tus hermanos, tus sobrinos, TUS HIJOS incluso por mi.
Te agradesco todo lo que hiciste y estuviste dispuesta a hacer por mi, mi nina y tu sobrino Mario Arturo mi esposo.

The First time I can recall talking to Hilda was while She was on little break before driving Her bus.She sat right next to me and started talking as if I was an old friend.We worked at the same place and it was Always a Pleasure seeing Hilda.Every time I saw Her she made me smile or laugh.What a Delightful Spirit. Although I hardly knew Her,I will miss Her very much.It is sad that She left us so early but my heart is comforted knowing that She is in a much better place.
