She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso and Zeraida Suarez Sr. and her grandson, Jorge Luis Berrios. Hilda is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Alfonso Suarez Jr., her children: Jackie "Jorge" Berrios, Mark Suarez, Andrea "Kyle' Sprehe and her grandchildren: Anthony "Moriah" Berrios, Austin Suarez, Emma Suarez, and Landon Sprehe.
All who loved and cared for Hilda saw what kind of person she was. She was kind, caring, funny, witty, smart, along with many other things.
