Howard Loviett Filmore III, 34, tragically passed away November 14, 2020. Howard joined the US Army when he was just 21. Shortly after that he married his devoted wife, Megan, and they had three beautiful children who loved and adored him. Together they went on to build a life as a military family. Howard worked diligently at his military career, earning the rank of E7/SFC earning the respect and admiration of the soldiers he was responsible for as well as his supervising officers. Howard is survived by his father, Howard Filmore; mother, Faith Shockley; his loving wife, Megan Filmore; and his 3 beloved children, Aniah, Kaelyn and Cameron as well as his larger extended family of brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Howard, although a quiet individual, had a forceful personality that was larger than life and was devoted to his family and friends. He was always there with a ready smile or a helping hand and will be sorely missed by the many people who’s lives he touched.
