Hi,
I hope you enjoyed today. It was simple & even though you weren’t physically there you looked absolutely beautiful!we did things we thought you would have enjoyed. I miss your smile, your voice, your smell & everything else about you. Your pillow & blanket are loosing your scent, but I find comfort that I feel you in my heart & soul. I hope to become at least half the woman you were, that would still land me on top. Can’t wait to see you again...

Dear Madrina,

I just wanted to say how proud I am of all my God- sisters and brothers! They really did you proud with the services tonight, it was made for the Queen that you are.
The priest that did the service spoke so eloquently of you as if he really knew you, the girls must of told him all about you and your life. He was really good. I hope you already found mami and papi for me and gave them both a big kiss and told them how much I miss them. I miss you and I love you so much. Dios me la bendiga siempre. Bendición
Rusy

Mone,

I remember as a little girl running around the yard to your house, pretending it was a jungle. Thank you for giving me a safe place to grow my imagination, to learn to be creative, handy, curious and crafty. I didn't realize how much of your passion for music and singing I got from you, until I started reminiscing how much and how often your voice was gracing the airwaves.

Thank you for your messages of love, messages of God, and the honesty with which you spoke of your pain.

Reuel and I will miss you

Love always,
Rebeca

Irma, beautiful inside out in every way possible with a heart of gold.
It’s your genuine radiating smile that I remember when you were full of life as you, mom and I strolled through the Botanic Gardens. I still have a plant you gave me 20+ years ago . Your loving, caring and compassionate ways endeared you to everyone. You are always deep in my heart.

Hello Mom,
I've missed you for such a long time, I miss calling you on my way to work or home and you could always tell when something was bothering me just by me saying "I'm ok". I miss your advice on marriage, on raising kids, recipes and when I was stuck on a Spanish word or phrase. You were a great mom, a great abuela to the kids and grandkids, you had a great sense of humor, you loved God above all things, all plants and animals. I'm so glad we were able to sing you Christmas songs one last time, I'll miss you more than you or anyone will ever know. I love you mom, la bendicion until we meet again.

Mone,
I know we didn't get to spend a lot of time together but all I know is that I love you. My grandma tells me we are a lot alike and my mom shares stories about you when she was little. I wish we had more time together but I'll see you in my dreams. Until we meet again I know you are watching over us. I love you Mone xoxo

My mother was a amazing woman that loved God. I remember that she would nurse me to health even as an adult. She was a woman of prayer and I believe that a mother’s prayer is very powerful. I was able to lift her up in prayer. I will miss you mom. If I had to take care of you all over again I WOULD do it in a heartbeat. I am at peace knowing you are in heaven and happy. Ahora puedes cantar : yo tengo un hogar allá en el cielo. Te amo mucho y siempre te recordaré con una sonrisa.
