Hello Tracy…   it’s been a year now.  Me and the TEC boys had lunch earlier this month to remember you and Bob Hoye.  We miss you!!  


This was the Vegas trip with Tracy and Kathy. He was so happy we were celebrating Kathy’s birthday at this beautiful restaurant. 

Vegas was in July. We celebrated Tracy’s last birthday as a group. What a memory to share. 

Funny guy and when he showed it, someone at the office was there to take a pic of it! This was at Miguel’s, another favored of his and Kathy’s. 

I remember Tracy for the fun and goofy times at Ashberry. He loved his diet Mountain Dew too! 

Tracy was a brilliant man, who’s advice I have sought on countless occasions.  He was analytical and decisive; he could see through the uncertainty, disregard the BS and give you the advice you most needed to hear.  He understood how things work in the real world, and the unforeseen problems you didn’t know were there.  But the thing that set him apart from many other intelligent people that I know, was his empathy.  Beneath his sometimes gruff exterior was a compassionate man with a heart of gold, who never hesitated to dive in and lend a hand.  If you ever needed anything, Tracy would be one of the first people to show up and help.  My closest circle of friends has just lost one of the best.  

My favorite conversation with Tracy was our opinions of restaurants on the  West Coast of Florida.  We always circled back to steak sandwiches at Burns.  My deepest sympathy to the family and friends.

I will forever be grateful for all the opportunities you bestowed on me, sir.  We had so much fun at Ashberry, each Christmas party, and even during our department meetings.  It was a joy working for you. I hold close your last words to me..

I did not get the chance to know Tracy personally, did have the pleasure of meeting him in person a few times and then at the funeral of my father Luke Collins. I think one time I even heard a rumor that my father and Tracy sometimes argued like a married couple at work! 

Well I bet my dad's waiting for him with a big glass of half sweet and unsweet tea and a plate of sonny's bbq! 

Kathy my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time! May you find peace and comfort. Always Laugh at the bad and remember the good times!

An amazing man, so accomplished in many ways.  Always there to help a friend, be a friend and shoot you straight.   We are going to miss you Tracy, your kind and generous heart and your always on point sense of humor, your one of a kind and will be missed dearly.  I will never forget you my friend.

What's there to say? Tracy got Ray a "Cock" for our front porch.

No one could have ever told us you guys would be gone. Such cherished memories of those times!

I will miss the Lunch gatherings  we had as a company together in your office. There was never a dull moment! I will forever miss the laughs we all had together. Along with you picking on all of us! lol  You will not be forgotten and it was a pleasure working for/ with you.

Almost 5 years ago I suffered a stroke. I was in the hospital for 28 days. Tracy called my son and offered his assistance to our company. Later I called to thank him. His comment to me was: Al, this is what we should do isn't it? This kind gesture of his, is not forgotten!

I have never had a mentor like Tracy. I learned more than I ever thought I would from just watching him in a meeting much less day to day at Ashberry. 
He was a mentor, friend and all around amazing person. He will forever live on in my heart and the memories we made at Ashberry will never be forgotten. 

What a great friend and great guy. He left the world a better place than it was when he got here. Just to name a few of his unique traits that made him "Tracy"- he was supportive, smart, diligent, compassionate and driven. He was the kind of person that you could trust with your deepest most confidential issues while giving you honest advice that you might not want to hear. Rest in peace my dear friend. Thank you for all the years of loyal friendship and memories.
