Otero, James, 60, passed away on February 25, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. A visitation will take place on Sunday March 3, 2013 from 5 to 8PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home. A funeral service will then take place on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 10AM at the funeral home with graveside services with full military honors at Florida National Cemetery.
