Janice Miller Callahan passed away on December 16, 2021. Born June 28, 1933 in Swedesboro, NJ, she moved with her husband Frank to Tampa in 1957. Frank preceded her in passing in 2004. She was the mother of six children, Michael (Barbara), Thomas, Mark (Virginia), Dennis (Kelly), Paul (Dianna), and Elizabeth, and grandmother to Sarah (Daniel), Julianne (Christopher), Michele, Andrew, Katherine, and David, and Elizabeth and Diana. She had three great grandchildren, Isabella, Gia, and Jackson. Janice was a longtime parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church. She loved her family and friends and expressed her love in many ways including making beautiful quilts.
Funeral services will be held on Friday January 14, 2022 with visitation at 9:30AM and Mass at 10:00AM in Christ the King Catholic Church 821 S. Dale Mabry Highway Tampa, Florida with reception to follow at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Macdill 605 S. Macdill Ave. Tampa, Florida. Interment will be private at Garden of Memories in Tampa, Florida. Anyone who received a quilt from Janice is encouraged to bring it to the service.
