Barco, Kenneth (Kenny), of Tampa, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. He is preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Bryant A. and Eloise Barco, his brother Bryant E. Barco, and life partner Steven Collier. He is survived by his: Sister Evelyn, her husband James Hartley, and his nieces Karla Hartley, Dawn Hartley and Teresa McLendon; his brother Dennis Barco and his niece Heather Cobian; and his niece Cynde Davis (daughter of Bryant E. Barco). Kenny was also a much loved friend, and a sponsor and mentor to many in the Tampa Bay Recovery community in which he lived and worked for 34 years. His legacy lives on in those he helped directly and through the Rainbow Recovery Club of Tampa, of which he was a founding member, and which has served thousands seeking recovery since being founded in 1991.
