Fischer, Larry J “Bud” 68 of Zephyrhills went to heaven Dec 24, 2014. Retired Msgt, 20 year veteran of the USMC, he served 2 tours in Vietnam. He was awarded the Bronze Star for valor. Survived by his son Tim Fischer, daughters Maggie (Duncan) Maureen (Herrin), step-son John Stanton. Also, two granddaughters Hailee and Abbee, one great granddaughter Vivian, two half sisters Cindy and Brenda as well as his ex-wife, caregiver and friend of 62 years Brigid and family. He leaves many friends and “Brothers in Arms” from Gunn Hwy Flea Market, Odessa where he was a patron and vendor for over 30 years. Bud was a long time resident of the Tampa Bay area. He was a great man, a wonderful father and will be forever missed. Visitation will be held on Wednesday Dec 31, 2014 from 1-2 pm at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 East Lake Ave Tampa FL.
